Office & HR Administrator

We are looking for an Office & HR Administrator to assist us with the various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Responsibilities
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures (client invoices, subcontractors invoices, team expenses, paiements)
• Create and update records and databases of customers with personnel, financial and business data
• Research, plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems (grants, fiscal questions, etc.) and devise ways to streamline processes
• Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
• Prepare and update HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
• Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize team building events)

Requirements
• 1-2 years experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles and CRM tools
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
